Nas new album "Life Is Good" If your a fan of Hip Hop then this is a must have album. Nas is a legendary artist known for his story telling and deep lyrics. His very first album in the 90's was an instant classic, "Illmatic" Since then he has put out ton's of music and although a lot of those albums were solid, people still seemed to want something that was like or close to Illmatic. Well, "Life Is Good" comes close.
Frank Ocean's "Channel Orange" This is just a creative R&B album. While I'm working I can just put this in and vibe too it. It has a unique sound, and for some reason, a few of the tracks remind me of Prince. It's different in a good way, but be warned...this album is not about hearing an amazing vocal performance, but more so appreciating creative arrangements of production and lyrics.
