Ok all, so here's my attempt to get a little more plugged in, and have a blog. "Champions find a way," means exactly what it states. Champions really do find a way. In all that they aspire to do. From time to time I will post some artwork that may be completed or might be a work in progress I welcome any feedback on these images as I'm trying to get back into the practice of doing more personal work. I also want to spark discussions dealing with art and education in our communities. Enjoy!
I think this presents an interesting question, of what the purpose of a photo-realistic drawing is. Aside from the incredible amount of skill and precision necessary, how does this on a basic level differ from a photograph? Just wondering.
Also find it amusing that people question its authenticity. Especially in this day and age where a filter in photoshop can do some of this work pretty easily.
Good questions, I'm just really impressed with the skill, but also I think it relates to pop culture art, and the fact that paintings or drawing on canvas can really display layers of texture and have feel. Sure you can print on a textured surface by the strokes themselves won't be layered. Good points though.

Yes, I would have the same question about realistic drawing for today's art world. I will read this as technical exercise for using the program.
